For internet purchases, we use a free-merchant account that acts as an escrow service to protect you and your investment. To request a price quote, please complete our request form. After completion of the request form, you will receive a personal response from us via email including a price quote. XP does require a deposit for all unique design work. You will be notified of this deposit with your price quote. This deposit will be unrefundable after we begin your project. The deposit is included in the quoted price.
