The second page of your website should have detailed or personal information on it.
This is a good place to put:
- inventory
- references
- detailed description of work
- portfolio
- information to help your client
On the second page, the information becomes the focus. Images and advertisements are important to illustrate your work, but it is more important to be descriptive about your company and how you can help your client. You may also want to be very specific about your information. If you own a business that deals with reservations, you may want a calender in this section that demonstrates when you have vacancies and when you are booked.
This page is tailored to your company and your needs. Provided that the design of the page is the same as the first, you may choose how to utilize this page. An example of a brief portfolio of work is shown on the right. You may elect to have one photo or no photos on this page. Xp suggests choosing a single column (shown on the first page) or two column format (shown here). |
